MELT

A true JANUFAKTUR classic.

This table combines many different facets, which makes it a unique all-rounder. Depending on the angle, it can look both modern and rustic. From a distance, it looks downright delicate and simple. Upon closer inspection, one immediately notices that one could hardly be more wrong. The filigree-looking frame is handmade from solid flat steel, and stands by its high weight like a rock in the surf. But beware! They will not yield even to a big toe.

Another detail, which probably immediately catches the eye of any observer, are the lateral carvings of the frame in the solid oak plate. In my personal perception, it seems as if the individual slats of the table top are held by the frame as if in a vice. Similar to how the tires of a wooden barrel joins the individual staves together.
